One thing I love about the majority of these villains is the fact they became this way from freak accidents. They weren’t inherently bad or going out of their way to do evil, they just became that way from miscalculation or being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I miss villains like that, I wish we would get more of them these days.

My guess? Mysterio's origin was spoken of, but never shown. He just popped up in his movie claiming to be from another universe. And No Way Home just used previous villains so we already know their stories.

The title says "discover" which is why I don't get why Vulture is here. The rest of them were accidents or unexpected consequences. Vulture and Mysterio didn't discover they're powers they were in complete control and knew what they wanted
