For Peter Parker, life is busy. Between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen Stacy, high school graduation cannot come quickly enough. Peter has not forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away, but that is a promise he cannot keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro, emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn, returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Felt the same . Electro had the touch of death, but plot nullified him badly . The music made him even more sinister. They showed him being extremely op and then dropped an anchor on that ssa . 😅

This was terrifying in theater. I think my eyes went as wide as golf balls watching it the first time. It definitely stuck with me when I went to bed that night. They really nailed the creepy factor. I remember when he showed up during the final fight. The tone shift from Electro to the Goblin was chill inducing. You could feel the same ominous, foreboding dread Spidey was feeling as the Goblin circled, and you just knew something horrible was about to happen. The movie may have been a little jam-packed, but they got it damn near perfect with this Goblin. Only thing that topped it in my book was Norman in NWH.

Apparently the reason the Amazing Spider-Man 3 got canceled is not only because Marvel made the deal with Sony to put Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe it's because they were originally going to have a big event to announce the release of The Amazing Spider-Man 3 however Andrew Garfield got sick that day and wasn't able to make it and as a result Sony fired him and decided to hire Tom Holland instead

Jamie Foxxs character is just too pathetic and needy. The nerdy bit, fine. Outcast, passed over, sure...but "you need me?" asking over and over. I cant respect that at all. Its just plain pathetic. Having Harry become green goblin is cannon. The FX...I mean...Im a fan of Carpenters The Thing, so this isnt really impressive at all. They should have given Harry the old school Goblin mask (which is terrifying) and then had it be revealed that even with the mask off he was goblin like. But his appearance on its own...Its just not enough to impact the viewer. I mean, when this movie dropped, Marvel hadnt done much...So for it to have been so poorly received has nothing to do with "spoiled viewers". Its just not a great film.
