Bob Sapp went into the Japanese era of preset Kickboxing fights and Professional Wrestling for a reason. He did this because people get hurt in Kickboxing and he wasn't a kickboxer, just another freakshow fighter. Before that he absolutely demonstrated why a much bigger fighter can be terrifying no matter their skill in his first fight against Ernesto Hoost though. Also Blood and Bone is a great martial arts action flick, I'd hardly call it "trash"...

Never like bob sapp he sucks as a fighter he depends solely on his bigness most people think he’s strong he’s not. I remember when he started and when he was in Japan fighting in pride. I use to box and compete in the cage and I’ve been around a lot of good fighters and have met a lot of pro fighters . Back then like “Dan the beast Severn”,”Don Frye” he lived out here in AZ. Also a few others and some that got there titles stripped for using steroids during fights. Bob sapp never truly fought anyone has a terrible record if you don’t believe look at all his fights the types of people he fights some back in the day and still today he’s been made fun of bcuz some fighters were supposedly paid to take a dive and it literally looks like it in a few of his fights. He’s not a real fighter in my book . When he called out Mike Tyson shit Tyson would whooped his ass .. bob has no control over his movements his kicks are telegraphed as well as his punches. Even though this is a movie look how he fights this is pretend but this is his style in his fights. lol Michael jai white just makes Bob look very bad lol .
