I respect the ACTOR for the villain in this movie because he was such a good and honorable and noble man on the tv show OZ, filmed 12 years before this movie. He was a criminal but he broke the law for what he believed were righteous reasons and he was a very good man, maybe the morally best character on the show. My philosophy is that no actor should ALWAYS be a hero or ALWAYS be a villain and that any actor who is usually a hero needs to be a villain at least once and vice versa to show RANGE OF ACTING ABILITY.

@@willyoueatmypussyplease3549 Well I hated his guts in Blood and Bone and really saw him as a piece of crap and loved seeing him as a one handed life serving inmate getting abused in prison at the end but in Oz he was my favorite character and the show jumped the shark for me when his character died. He did BOTH great. Another actor who did both great was Brent Spinner. On Star Trek Next Gen he was lovable as DATA but his evil twin brother ''Lor" was CREEPY and TERRIFYING.

Michael jai white would destroy you in real life. I am six foot three, 260lbs, And I am strong enough to lift a fully grown. One hundred ninety pound man up off the ground by his throat with one hand. Every time i've done it , I was exceedingly angry so maybe There was some adrenaline involved but i've done it many times. And michael j white would also kick the shit out of me And I do have legitimate combat training also. I don't think you understand how much of a True beast michael jai white is. He literally kicked one of the heavy bags off of it.Chain down at 1 of the L.A main fitness centers... He has A perfect textbook backkick and Is front kick and sidekick and hook kick, and Roundhouse kick and pretty much everything he has ever done.He does it perfectly. He is like a black version of chuck norris only a step up. He is a true legitimate master of karate judo.I think taikwondo And quite a few others. Me being an absolute juggernaut of a human being Plus having much more combat training then The average person I would last maybe 10 seconds against him.And that's just because I know how to ignore pain. You little boy would last about three seconds right up until You got hit or kicked for the first time.I guarantee you among many Accomplishments , you should also know that michael j white is unknown one hit knockout artist. So If you really think you're that tough you can actually look up his number and challenge him to a fight. I dare you. If you feel that confident then go right ahead. I would just advise that you first look up to Make sure that you have good health insurance

MJW should have taken the Blade reboot roles and split the earnings to his pal Wesley Snipes. He refused the role out of respect of his pal who would never be offered the role because directors hated working with Wesley. Sure he could kick ass on screen but was very difficult to work with even during the original Blade and sequels. If rumours of a Blade streaming series was created and a script ready MJW would not only be perfect, he would be stupid to reject the payday.

They should do a movie where he is the HERO and due to the literary need for a hero to be smaller than a villain the villain he has to fight could be the Mountain from game of thrones (same actor that is). I think he is about 4 inches taller and significantly stronger than Bob Sapp so it would be a cool way to make Sapp an underdog.

A shame because its way too late now but I wanted a SEQUEL to Blood and Bone and a SPINOFF where "pretty boy" Price is the protagonist and hero of his own story, similar to how URI BOYKA went from villain to hero after the 2nd Undisputed movie. He was not really a "villain" as we don't know that he knew the level of criminality of the people employing him and fighting Bone was just his job. Maybe in his spinoff he finds out just how evil his boss Julian Sands really is and decides that he cannot be a part of that anymore. Price as a HERO would be COOL AS HELL. And I think Bone in his sequel, had it happened should have had to face an enemy who, unlike price absolutely rivals him in strength and fighting ability and all around badassness. A person who can give him the fight of his life and after winning Bone should be totally beaten up and depleted and in really bad shape and it should be a 51, 49 victory.
