He learned that watching the old westerns. The cowboys would be riding their horse and "slinging" bullets out the ends of the gun barrels with each trigger pull. No gunpowder needed, just kinetic energy! They only put gunpowder in them to make noise and smoke for better effect!

It's always hard to decide, which movie is the best of Tarantino. When I see Desperado, I say that's best one! But when I see Pulp Fiction, than Pulp Fiction is the best.
