Webber and Dumbreck's flips were in the CLR, not the CLK LM. The CLK LM won every single round of the '98 FIA GT Championship in which it competed.

Ford Focus RS 2003/4 was also a Tickford as well as the Ford Racing Puma. I've owned both. My wife and I have also owned 7 of the Tickford MG Maestro turbos. There was also a Tickford Ford Capri in any colour as long as it's white.

Yes, and they confused it with the 1999 CLR that flipped at Le Mans 3x. The one in the video is the 1998 CLK LM. Amazing piece of machinery!

I was very lucky, did my school work experiance at Prosche GB in Reading back in the 90s. Including which was working on a customers 959 that was in for a service. Suffice to say I was heavily supervised, as I was told only 2 people were authorised to work on it! Love the 959!

This was my favourite area of the event when I visited in 2013 ten years ago. We parked near that 962 in the supercar car park, along with an xj220 and 512BB ! My brother commented the car park at goodwood was better than most actual car shows.

Just back from Holland and spent a morning at the Louwman Museum near Rotterdam and they have a Cycle Car exhibition running from July to September…they’ve got maybe 30+ examples there and thing that got me was that a lot of them have the driver sitting at the rear and the passenger in front therefore blocking his vision! You had one in shot as you panned across to the sidecar mashup…museum definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and the collection runs to hundreds of cars in an amazing building, testament to a serious car collector with very deep pockets!

Special point about the R390. The engine design rights were acquired by McLaren and its fundamentally the 3.8TT engine in every McLaren road car since about 2011

When they finish the production of the 959, Porsche then Built the W124 500E on the same production line, that’s why the Porsche museum has one still to this day

Re the Mercedes CLK LM, easy to over look, this is the rarest Mercedes in the world, 2 where build, but one was destroyed in crash testing, meaning this is the only Road going LM. Presumably chassis 002, this car spent most of it life in Japan and has only been seen in Europe a handful of times, and probably it’s first visit to the UK? Definitely gets my vote

I am amazed that Johnny did not know that EV's came before ICE cars. The very first Porsche the P1 was Electric. The First motorised London Cab (Bersey's) were electric. Even Henry Ford was going to make the Model T as an EV. It was just a "Fire" at Edison's battery factory and Oil being discovered in Texas happened. (some say Edison could not really supply the batteries, he had taken over $1m from Henry though!).
