What I've learned is. If they ever have to go through your toilet. Its most likely because they can't find the cleanout outside! I'm in tampa FL. Alot of times which its so dumb to me. The clean out are underground meaning some dumb ass decide to put a garden where the cleanout is😡😡😡. Or grass and covered it with dirt. I just found out my clean out was 12 inches from my living room window. Only reason they found it was because I kept having plumbing issues. The guy said fuck it. And place a camera down from my toilet. And guess where the issue was lol. Yep near the cleanout. Lol. It was covered up! He used some beeping thing to locate it. He place a taller pipe so now they never have to come inside my apartment again. Now once I move into a house first thing I'm doing is searching for the cleanout. Make sure it's high enough and or not covered up. Also said before you move have them inspect the pipes and septic tank if your not connected to the city. Otherwise you will have to flip the bill if it overflows. Here its like 600 to 1000 dollars

They also won't grip spinning pipe cleaner it just spin on the stones on the gloves (rubber gloves without the stones on the gloves wouldn't last very long)

Great job. Just asking but why everyone of those are always in a area that look like it shouldn't be. Its never nice looking and or in a area where when it's time to do work. You can fix in comfort. I've seen others and its always nice and well placed. After unclogging they clean area and its looks like nothing ever happen. Most those areas I've walked over stepped on drove over and NEVER knew that was what it was lmao😂😂😂😂😂😂🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼. Whole it was a clean out. Lol. Wal-Mart's apartment homes etc. Some of them are on the sidewalks nicely placed etc. But every time I see these U shaped cleanout. I'm just like 😷😷😷 ugh. Nasty. Fyi I'm speaking of and asking why they place the clean out in a area like that in the video. Makes me want to take a vacuum and clean out and add concrete 😆. But with a incline so when and if you do what you just did. The water automatically wants to drain back into the pipe and not all over the place.

I've been doing this job for almost 30 years now and I can assure you that this problem has been around for decades.So now that I'm 30 years older, I get tired of explaining this to people again and again, I don't dig anything anymore .I have a nice hammer to get my turn and just so that I can get to the clean out.. What I would like to say, with me they can be pissed off as they like. Either they make sure that everything is free for me to work on or I can go again ... I realy have enough to do ... But if the customer is willing to understand, I have no problem helping him or taking care of it ,if necessary through an extended contract. At the end of the day they are all 90% grateful. To the 10% who may always complain about the behavior and any thing , so what ?.. They just don't want to understand. Do you realy need these customers? All drain cleaners have the same profession, they want to help people ... But ist not a must . Take both care and safe .

Why are people so stupid flushing wipes? Wipes DONT break down ! They are not meant to be flushed! Rule of thumb if you’re a homeowner- just flush natural waste only, meaning piss & shit! Don’t even bother flushing toilet paper either. Just place them in a trash can next to toilet. You’ll save a lot of grief in the long run.
