Thank you Sam, I like doing them and it helps me to revisit processes that I'd forgotten how useful they are.

This is a really clear video, I haven’t used the clone tool that much but having it on a new layer makes so much sense, I’m definitely going to try this out, thank you.

Thank you Terry for the PS tutorials. very helpful. Generative AI modified spots react differently to PS luminisity or color editing than the original parts of the picture. I learnt that the hard way !!

It would be great to have a video on setup and options configuration for the Wacom tablet.

I just got a tablet/pen and would click on a Terry Vander Heiden video on Wacom tablet for PS. First thing I had to do was change the pressure sensitivity specifically for PS versus other usage (easy to do) and I am totally open to hearing how experienced users setup the button options both on the pen and the tablet.

I will put something together on the tablet, it's pretty useful.

I just purchased the same Wacom tablet you showed and YES PLEASE do a video on how to set it up for both PS and Lightroom. Your video was super helpful!!! You have a very nice, slower presentation style than a lot of the younger KZbinrs that talk so darn fast you can’t follow them!! I can’t figure out how to get it to do pressure sensitive in LR. Does it allow for that?? So, I am doing all my Clone work in PS. I really want to be able to use the Exposure setting w pressure sensitivity in LR, but I can’t get it to work! So it’s a lot of back and forth to the slider or building up with multiple strokes. Any other super tips with the Wacom would also be appreciated!!!

I will put something together on the Wacom. I mostly use it on Photoshop , I'll have to do some checking.
@andrewlamberson5392 ай бұрын
@@tv510 I have searched every which way and I'm pretty sure the answer is NO on pen pressure in LR. I have it set in PS, I bounce back and forth between LR and PS so I just use the program that best facilitates what I'm trying to do! LR is pretty shortcut/follow down the development panel focused so it's not a big deal on the pen pressure. Looking forward to a video on the Wacom for PS !! Your videos are always super helpful .

I have Photoshop but don't really know how to do much with it. It seems like the clone stamp tool is very similar to the healing brush tool. Should learn Photoshop a bit more since I am paying for it every month. Thanks for the interesting video anyway.
@tv5102 ай бұрын
No problem Ron. Thanks for watching. I agree, most everyone is paying for it, why not learn a little bit.

Clone source window follow up?? Sometimes we might need to rotate a clone. And yes, I would click on a Wacom Tablet for PS video if you make it. I just got one (love it) but I am open to experienced user's suggestions on how they set up their buttons. I quickly discovered that I wanted to change brush pressure sensitivity for PS versus other applications (easy enough).

someone help please. when using my stamp tool, or any tool which brings up a boarder around the tool i'm using such as a brush or eraser, whatever i pick up, does not go all the way to the edge of the tool. now this is really frustrating for intricate/detailed work. is there a way to make sure it goes all the way to the edge of the tool and not stop about 20% before the black boarder. i have re installed photoshop, i even have the hardness to 100%, ive tried resetting all the tools, i just fell like im missing something. i know this is poor english and badly described but i hope someone can understand and help!!!

Make sure you have Caps Lock OFF - as that will change the appearance of your brush tips.
