That trooper should have made ARC him and the harpoon guy. But the 212th doesn't get ARCs only the 501st (got three in all of TCW) kind of upsetting really, the 212th was still quite the battalion. The only other ARCs we saw were in the training episode and the following which was the Siege of Kamino as far as I can recall. Not sure if they consider Bly etc. ARCs especially after the gear changed from what the original ARCs had (Fordo and the boys and so on)

@Extant Fellow it was in fact more accurate in showing the scale of the clone wars. The large amount of gunships that came out of the dropships is actually canon, they had more then 68 LAATs. I believe that 2003 clone wars was there to show the scale of the clone wars while 2008 clone wars showed the individuality of the clones.

If you are talking about the battle of Christophsis, I think it is unclear which military unit that trooper served in. At that time very few troopers had unit colors, most of them were with white armor. Since most of the clones that have "a thing" about beating up enemies are from the 212th, we can safely assume that trooper was also from the 212th. It is an "Attack" battalion, after all. They don't wait around.

@@gamerdude7481 I’m pretty sure that clone was with the 212th, a few scenes before the clone punched the droid we see that Cody tells him men to charge the droids. Also a little before I believe we do see Cody and Obi Wan fighting the droids up close, with their own men. So maybe the two units were combined but in the scene where Anakin jumps on the Tri Droids we see that there 501st troopers there, but they have blue markings, while the clone who punched the droid did not. Anyways that’s just my personal take on this.

I believe there’s a difference between bravery and stupidity. Grievous is far beyond the level of any clone, Grievous is something only a Jedi can handle, so I’m not sure how smart it was for a small group of clones to try to take him themselves. Maybe if it was a similar sized group of droids, B2s even. But Grievous? Obviously I look at this through the lens of self-preservation.

You can see by the yellow stripe on the arm and glove that it isn't Cody, because Cody doesn't have stripes on his arms; his shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves are solid orange instead. It was one of the other two. Cody's still a badass though, in the Clone Wars movie he kills three droids with three strikes (one punch to one droid, one to the second, and a kick to the third)

This actually made me think on why clone troopers and later on storm troopers disintegrated have knuckles bracers on there gloves. Some combat gloves have plastic or rubber layer on the knuckles. Probably be less painful if they’re armor had that feature.
