When you first watched the Umbara arc, how did you think it was gonna end? Who did you think was going to get killed off?

As I watched the arc, pretty much everyone I expected to die (besides Krell) didn't, while Hardcase (the one I wanted to survive) died.

Actually I don't remember bcs it was many years ago, but I think that Umbara is one of the most interesting battle story in Star Wars.

Kinda thought that Fives and Jesse would get executed the first time I watched. So glan they didn't, they're some of my favourite clones, and it was touching that their brothers prioritised their lives over orders.

Correction about “liberating” Umbara…the Umbarans willing joined the Separatists (after Padme got their senator killed), and the Clones were there to subjugate them.

@@nchldmn According to Wookiepedia he was a Private, so he just had a stick up his ass, though it's possible he was promoted to a Corporal or something. The only clones aside from Rex who had their rank mentioned was Appo is a Sergeant.

I do appreciate how in the actual arc they addressed the difference between Anakin's reckless plans but his willingness to lead them, and Krell's suicide orders whilst he did nothing. It parallels our own world pretty well, were kings and nobles used to lead from the front, contratsed with presidents now who just send their troops over seas and in the meantime be waited on in their fancy offices.
