It would be still bad as overload removes both applied elements from the enemy either way so you still lose the passive until you reapply it (most likely with Clorinde herself since she would be the fastes applicator on the team)

Lion's Roar also works with Pyro aura, so Chevreuse team won't care which aura is up (aside from the occasional non-aura due to Overload removing both Electro & Pyro)

3:37 Omg I brought this up like two weeks ago, and I agree. After watching video leaks, I can confirm that her skill's cooldown starts the moment you enter the stance, so when you're done, it's shown 7 seconds left. Thought not looking at damage percentage, that alone already sounds cool cuz you can shoot and spam, which means she could heal herself sufficiently. I do know that things are in development, but I do hope her skill operates that way, so that it can synergize with thundering fury, cuz it keeps ticking down, you might end up being able to enter stance again immediately hahaha

Thank goodness for 4pc Glad and 4pc Thundering being perfectly viable options for both Arlecchino and Chlorinde. Ever since I stopped doing artifact investigation runs, I've been constantly capping out at the 1800 artifact limit since I have less xp to test (and therefore discard failed) pieces. So I'll just dip into my backstock and have her geared day 1 for 0 additional resin.

Would it be possible to elaborate on the weapons with high-EM calcs? When it comes to Foliar, Scarlet Sands, and Hunters Path, all three have caused characters other than the ones they were designed for to prefer EM sands over ATK (arle prefers EM on scarlet sands, ganyu prefers EM on Hunters path, etc). If you calc foliar with an EM sands, shouldn't the DPS increase from Foliar buff cause her to prefer EM sands? Also what about the weapon rankings for teams that use Sucrose instead of Kazuha? Since the difference in quickened is just 5%, I have a feeling that building EM sands may swing the balance for a foliar build, but I'd love to see if calcs would prove me wrong. Edit: Also forgot about the healing to BoL conversion. Could that make the black sword a little better? Or if it could enable replacing nahida with baizhu, the results may turn out different since his buff impacts EM multiplier instead of EM itself.

Beidou can be a good additional sustain even without Fischl batterying her, because energy from Clorinde and Sara + electro resonance.

Got myself a 39 crit vlue attk sands on Whimsy today with one energy recharge. 👌 . I've also farmed my Crt damage circlet with 3 additional rolls into crit and 2 into em and a 35 crit value flower. Just need to get my feather and equip the mistsplitter, and she'll be a monster.

Do you think they changed I-frames in 4.6 cause I've been getting hit while using ult.. and sometimes the ult just gets cancelled if getting hit while doing ult. For example Bennett ult and kuki ult got cancelled in their initial phase of burst( for Bennett's initial ult- it's his jump and kuki's sword stab gets ,)

It's amazing what letting Keqing wear a little hat can do for her viability. Shame you need to pull for the hat, though. I'll be interested to see how Candace & Yun Jin end up on her teams, being our third elemental-damage-normal-attacker from Fontaine. Unlike Arlecchino, I don't expect much due to Dendro/Chevy being so prominent. Then again, I didn't expect much of Candace on Arlecchino's teams, either.

Arlecchino and clorinde does little or no charged attack damage. While wriothesley does normal atk damage, I think his charged atk is more powerful

I wonder how good weapons like Jade Cutter and Uraku Misugiri would be on her. Jade gives a lot of attack for her alongside basically not having to build crit due to her ascension passive combined with Jades high crit rate. means u can go all in on the crit damage attack and em. On the other hand, Uraku gives a good mix of crit damage along with the NA damage bonus she loves to have. I initially thought it would be mediocre, but when I put it on my Ayato it was out damaging my Haran on him in a Bennet, Kazu, Furina team and thats without the geo part of the weapon kicked in. I tested it with 4p MH, 4p Glad, and 2p 2p each and it still out damaged. This weapon seems to be very broken I expect it to be pretty great on her as well (copium) since I wasted all my pulls on it instead of chiori

I think the a1 passive is a yun jin type buff, based on atk up to 1800 dmg before multipliers, i think this makes sense since the 'wild hunt' (pew pews) have lower multipliers than her normal attack talent. Bennett buff gives about 1.2k atk, the wild hunt multiplier is 103.7% doesn't that mean 1800 flat dmg is higher, right? I'm genuinely asking

Black Sword also has the unique feature that instead of regenerating HP for clorinde, her charged attacks will instead grant bond of life. So that's also pretty nice

For finale of the deep (the weapon I will use on her most likely), I don't the attack is much of an issue, as the only teams that would be affected are those that uses Bennett, who I wouldn't even recommend playing with clorinde due to her dashing out of Bennett's circle many times, making circle impact pretty bad on her.

Yeah i agree, with the math i did, you cant really feasibly get 3k atk without having unrealistic substats, even one noblesse isnt enough to get her to 3k, without like 20~30 atk%, You can only really worry about overcapping in chevreuse teams, where chevreuse gives 40% atk and holds noblesse

@@Maxieixam you will need around 232% attack percent to be overcap, if you run a chevreuse team with noblesse and above 40k hp with pyro resonance, you'd be at 268% attack, so you'd be majorly overcapped (without attack substats, but with an attack sands). It may even be better to just using an er/em sands with this team due to how low her attack multipliers are currently.

Wait, you did not read (or explain) right that Att bonus passive. The 1, 800 number is not the Att threshold, but the max bonus obtained from reaching 3,000 Att (1,800/3=600. 600/0.2=3,000).

It would be nice to get her weapon for the drip, but it's going to depend on what it's paired with. I can give her Mistsplitter if I don't like the other 5-star on the banner. The Fragment set is driving me a little nuts. Managed to get three good pieces on the first day, and then everything since has been trash. And contrary to the consensus, I've only got one good Gladiator set, which is currently on Arlecchino. I can't put together another 4-piece that isn't massively lacking in something or doesn't gimp someone else's 2-piece/2-piece set-up. Also, how are her solo ER requirements so high when she's an on-fielder with a 60 cost? Does she not generate particles from her enhanced Normals and Skill or something? Fischl's back has to be sore by now from carrying so many on-fielders.

I'm not sure I can scrape together another 4 pc Gladiator for her after making a near perfect one for Arlecchino. I think one of them will need to go Whimsy, or potentially TF on Chlorinde I guess, but then I need to strongbox that daily until her banner cause my current pieces aren't up to snuff. It's sounding like her weapon banner might be pretty ok if she's sharing it with Alhaitham. I do already have Mistsplitter though. I hope the banner leaks are fake cause I was more looking forward to pulling Furina's weapon but I can't stomach the thought of getting Sigewinne's water gun brick. I had to skip because of Baizhu's green brick last time 😒

How is she at C0 compared to Keqing C3? I like Clorinde’s play style, but I think I prefer Keqing’s play style, even though I don’t really use her. I usually appreciate ranged characters, but Clorinde doesn’t really seem like one despite using a pistol. I’m not sure if Clorinde is worth being my first limited 5 star Electro character.

I don't know how important her a1 is, but if you want to cap it's effect you need about 3000 atk without bennett or sara

I think chev is better for clorinde tbh I think a overload Team with Clorinde + Fischl/Beidou/yae + chevreuse + dehya/Xiangling/Toma could be pretty great 4* weapon could be lions, should perform very good without downsides Overload kick backs are not that harmful because clorinde is range anyways

I think Beidou could be strong in a quicken, also because of the shild and interruption resistance Because he showed a team without any heals and i could Imagen that Beidous defensive traits are helpful there

Beidou as an offensive/defensive unit would be good. Build for damage and use her damage reduction (and shield if you have the constellation) to survive

Not sure what you meant. You use your skill, then normal attack to build bond of life, then skill to consume it for healing and damage, then rinse and repeat till skill duration runs out

Please make DMG comparison for top teams: Clorinde vs Al Haitham vs Keqing. They are almost identical chars, with almost identical teams. But what about the damage?

Clorinde is below Alhaitham and all top tier DPS (BY A LOT). Her DPS comparison is more lik Ayato, Raide and Keqing. She is sometimes referred to as Electro Ayato and a minor upgrade to Keqing. If you have Keqing, Raiden already then she offers nothing of worth to your account.
