people say that shes gonna suck for electro shields and electro enemies. but if you play Emilie, you have a Pyro character in the team, and that character activates Overload, and thats 3x their Damage. So yeah, her damage decreases but the Pyro character damage increases, in those scenarios. Am i Wrong?

Honestly newer characters just being stronger in their niche but less general is boring. I regret clorinde already because of c6 misplitter keqing and CYNO. She literally has no place. 3rd electro dog guy never had a chance

New Arlecchino meta? Well now I'm pulling for Emilie

You talking about the 0.5 second 2 core limited reminded me of another point about dendro app and blooms that seems like not many people talk about. If you have AoE sources of hydro and dendro and enemies are groups, each enemy produces cores, specifically their "own" cores. When triggering hyperbloom on all of those cores (example: 4 enemies, 2 cores each), each of these cores will target it's owner. For that reason, Kokomi + Nahida (don't have Alhaitham but he could probably be subbed for Nahida) are underrated as a team. I use them with Kuki/Raiden and a flex in AoE or single target content. You have to manipulate enemies to play on top of the jellyfish, but it's always my go-to team for chambers like triple Kenki.

If only burning wasny nerfed. Good unit, wuwa can again enjoy my money for the next patch

I struggle to find any reason for getting and building a whole new character when Furina exists. She straight up provides a way bigger increase in every team Emilie can be used in.

I get the feeling she will be too niche. You don’t want an electro and a hydro character with her so that leaves us with Pyro, Geo, and Anemo to work with. Whatever next new characters we get better be synergistic with her in some way or add a feature that makes her kit future proof, otherwise I’m seeing a new Dehya to be put on standard banner here.

Won't she make a good team with furina, sigewinne and a pyro character ? If I remember correctly sigewinne has really bad hydro application and buffs skills damage. I wish this could work with dehya but it's just me.

To me she just doesn't look that useful for my Ganyu teams. Maybe slight upgrade in terms of convenience and her own damage, but I'm losing out on Ganyu's personal dmg. Wish she gave interrupt resist or something. Might still get her so that I can use melt Ganyu and another dendro team on the other side sometimes.

I am saving for Natlan, but if Emilie looks good on release I may pull. I love her design and colors…..

I feel like if they are going to go that hard to deny quicken synergy, they should just straight up say "cannot be activated with electro teammate". As it stands now, I'm more worried about enemy aura/shield triggering the killswitch. If Emilie starts to dominate the meta, all Hoyo has to do to Venti her is drop a single electro enemy in the middle of a wave and you're screwed.

Strong... but useless is my impression. Quicken? She doesn't work, literally spelled out on her talents. Bloom? She doesn't scale on EM, use Nahida instead Burning? Like, ok but why not use Xiangling instead if you want Pyro? Or the inevitable pyro Archon. The reaction itself deals little damage and she doesn't scale on EM so...yeah. Unless her personal damage is super high but even then can she outDPS a Bennett buffed Xiangling or Pyro Archon? ...if she only offers personal damage, you might as well use a random subDPS with high damage output instead. Like Furina, Navia, etc.

Looks like she'll be weak to innate dendro, electro, and pyro enemies. Dendro enemies being immune and higly resistant, electro enemies making her attacks weaker, and pyro enemies also being immune and resistant to her burning reactions.
