A great close I've used to surprisingly astounding success: "Is there anything else you need to know before we go ahead with the order?" Closest thing to magic there is and this video reminded me of it.

@@user-cl1vp5cf2g Let us know how it works. It's cool because if they say yes, they tell their objection but in terms of what they need to know to be comfortable with buying. If they say no, well....just fill out the paperwork.

@@MagnificentOne Will do for sure, i have some meetings next week i will try it on! Yes exactly, its makes the much process easier because you dont need to figure the objection out yourself, its either "no" or "yes because......", so its basically a winwin

Would you be opposed to signing the contract today to secure our services? Would it be unreasonable to ask for a 50% payment today to start the project? Would it be out of line to suggest we finalize the contract and initial payment today? Are you against the idea of securing our services with a signed contract and initial payment? Would you have any objections to moving forward with the contract and payment today to ensure we can start working on your project immediately?

This is good stuff man! A good ‘no’ question I use after a pitch is “can you see any reason why this isn’t gona work for you?” Can even follow up with a “you’re sure yeah..?” Works a treat😂

I don't think this has anything to do with yes and noes but the implications that it's more work to take the opposition. And since humans like to take the path of least resistance it's easy to say no. There's also an implication of less commitment and we know from studies once you have your foot in the door it makes them feel safe and they become more willing to agree to bigger asks.

Buts the problem right after the no. You were not needy before. But as soon as they said NO, you move forward quickly. That’s too much. Not smooth.

Loved the video, Alex. While we are talking lead gen, I have to give a shout out to Mystrika. The AB testing feature has been a lifesaver and their analytics are spot on. It is truly a blessing for those of us in sales. Maybe give Mystrika a spin and post a review?

No. You can tell when a salesman is super pushy, or if they listen really well or if they’re manipulative. A lot of people literally just want validation so a good salesman basically turns that into, yes I believe you can receive this cool thing I’m selling. Can go on and on on this
