Its pretty cool, I work in a Dornier Nigeria and we run a charter and maintenance service for the 328 and the DO228. The 228 handles like it can land on a rock.

I think there are more of these left flying than the 328Jet version. For the money and the revenue, the Prop is the better bang for the buck.

Dornier makes another one that looks like it has a goose nose. Its strange looking, but it can fly aerobatics in an incredible fashion. I am sorry I cannot recall its number designation, I can just point it out. If you can figure out which one I am speaking of, there is a great video clip of it doing aerobatics.

Not really.. there was a crosswind from the right and the aircraft was reacting to that. The pilot should have held the ailerons into the wind..

Maxim Mee for comfort probably, prop propelled planes are louder and more expensive to maintain I think, and generally slow and inefficient compared to jetliners.
