Closer look at homelessness in Elmira

It's not homelessness, it's mental illness. Seems like this is something new this town is facing. It will get worst if they don't provide help like counseling, medication and a facility/shelter they can go to during day and night.

Do I know about homelessness no do I know about politics noooo but the word SANTUARIO OR SANTUARY has a deferent meaning maybe just maybe deleting that word we can go back to square one !!!! Just my opinion!!!!!🫢🤫
