Thank you. I just ordered your Stryd pod, looking forward to it! Question: How can I sync this Intro program with my Coros Apex Pro watch? How can I see the Stryde structured workouts in general on my Coros watch? Thx a lot

Great question, Miguel. You will need to use COROS workout builder to create the workouts on your watch. Here is more information: support.stryd.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500003301822-Import-and-Execute-Structured-Workouts-with-COROS

Loving my Stryd thus far! I did the intro plan for a few days but switched to a marathon plan since I was training for one when I received the Stryd. I have a 5K on my 4th day into the plan and had a significant jump in CP. with the training plan it seems I’m getting a good mix of training intensity’s. Just wondering how accurate my CP is? I’ve hit the intended paces and it seems much easier to manage compared to pace and HR. Hoping I can maintain that predicted power for my upcoming marathon it would be awesome. It seems to be a well balanced plan! Thank you

Great question, and welcome to running with power! We have found that a time trial between 5km and 10km gives a great base for a fairly accurate CP, but we suggest adding in some shorter higher intensity efforts like hill sprints and some longer sustained runs to make sure you have a balance.

I don’t have any specific race goal at this point in time. Is there a plan that will help me build up my CP? I am looking for something like 16 week FTP builder popular on zwift and other power training platforms.

If there is a posibility for asmetrical running , can i use 2 strydes to find it or to fix it?

I’m a new runner and am interested in buying stryd to help me keep to a sensible level of training, however this intro plan looks like running for 7 days straight without a rest? I would need a run on day 1, rest on day 2, run day 3 plan. Will the intro plan allow this or is stryd for more advanced runners only??

I'm in the middle of a half marathon training plan & the Stryd intro plan is significantly less than I'm currently running. Am I able to do extra than what the plan suggests each day over the two weeks or will this maybe effect my CP calculations.

Yes! The important parts are the goal target efforts to help calibrate your Stryd Auto-CP. You can maintain your normal running schedule and volume in the other optional days!

For those of us who already use Stryd is there a way to “reset” our auto CP so we can get a new value based on this intro plan?

Hi there :) thank you for a great video ! It really convinced me to try and buy the Stryd :). I’d have 2 questions : - when you’re sayin "Day 1", "Day 2"... does that mean I have to do a workout every day of those 2 weeks ? Or those days are more like ‘sessions’ and can be done on more than 2 weeks ? - can those intro workouts be performed on trails with uphills, downhills, or do I have to run on relatively ‘flat’ roads, trails.... ? Thank you for those info !

Thank you for the questions! 1 - Each day pertains to a different "day" on the workout plan, but not each day has a required run. Each day will have a piece of information associated with it and some days have a required run to go along with the plan. 2 - These workouts can be performed in any conditions or surface! Running with Stryd and power can be translated to any conditions you run in.
