I can't wait to see what happens when those folks who blame their lack of income and success on Black people and immigrants find out that they are their own problem. This ."I (we) live in an echo chamber" -This is what I was trying to explain to my husband, who is feeling very deflated today. He was so sure Kamala was going to win. I, on the other hand, kept in mind all the people in other parts of the US who don’t think, look, or live like we do. Sadly, I knew this outcome was very possible. When I was moving to the US from Canada, I remember a warning my father gave me about the tendency in America to assume that certain unthinkable things could never happen here (again). As someone with no voting power, but with hopes for a better future in this country where my children may someday grow up, I feel deeply concerned about what lies ahead.

The outcome did not turn out the way we would have hoped for but oddly enough, strangely, but more so peacefully, I don’t feel no kind of ways about this country. What I mean by that is that people deserve the person they voted for and I strongly believe that they will receive the brunt of this man’s potential atrocities before any of us who didn’t vote for him does. What has Kamala done for people's daughters? Kamala is in charge of the border and has let all these illegals in? The illegals have SA and took the lives of women and girls. They are running in stores stealing things. An illegal found out about squatters law and taught the other illegals and they have been moving in people's houses. A woman went to check on her property and they 🔫 and took her life. We have enough criminals and predators in our country already that women have to worry about already. Kamala is for the trans agenda and girls have been getting SA in schools. They are letting trans people change their gender on birth certificates. With all the advanced surgeries how are your sons going to identify if someone is a girl? In California they already made it a law that if you don't let your child identify with the gender of their choice it's child abuse. If the parents divorce the parent who lets their kid transition gets the child. Have you not seen parents protesting about what the Democratic states are teaching their kids in school? I voted for Trump because I know he is against these things. I would love for a woman to be a president but Kamala is not the right woman. If you asked Kamala what a woman is she would refuse to answer. I want kids one day and the direction the Democrats are going made me scared for my future children.

Peace Out Protocol...we've birthed & nursed their husband's babies, cleaned their houses, marched for & with them, saved them time & time again. It is PAST THE TIME for them to try to fix the problem America. We are tired & tapping out for a minute.

Thank you! Well spoken. My daughter was excited and full of joy. She pulled me as I was skeptical. My heart was broken but I saw the possibility. But when I say Thank you for saying everything that I am feeling and how to give my daughter the room to choose how she grieve. Along with telling me it's ok for me to feel what I feel.

Thanks for sharing. I’m grieving too. And I’m grieving for my young adult children that for the first time experienced the person they voted for not winning. It’s hard for them and for us.

A read! 😂 I'm at peace knowing that I will NOT be a place of refuge for those when #45 do it worst as #47!

This is what she sent her Sisters It is a sad day in America sisters. But as we look at today’s results remind yourself we don’t know what anything is for. It’s heart breaking give yourself the time today to process this…however we must also remember how the consequences of this election affect us all. STAY EXTREMELY AWARE of your SURROUNDINGS!!! We know and what people are against us… make your plans stay in positive thoughts Just cause he won the battle doesn’t mean he won the war this isn’t over until justice reigns. This is the exact reason we go to Spelman college so we can become the women never let a man like that in office for our generation 💙🤍🩵 Love you all , I’m very proud of all my sisters who not only voted but encouraged it in our communities Keeping our chin high and our crowns never leaning sisters 🤍💙🩵

Need this word. It’s made me sick to my stomach, but honestly maybe we need to let go. I have nothing else left to give to a country that won’t even consider us.

Election night i didn’t look at the news or social media. I watched Christmas movies and read a book. Granted I was in and out of sleep all night.
