Did losing someone you love change YOU as a person ? Genuinely asking because I lost someone really close to me but I don't think it changed me I felt lonely like a lot and I felt sad that this person didn't see me achieve big girl goals/ grow up and find myself.

⁠@@cyliaboubeaiaI definitely think losing my gram changed me, I’m not the same person as I was before. But I do think not everyone changes after they lose someone. I didn’t mean it in a bad way. I’ve felt lonely and still do sometimes dealing with grief and sadness especially her not being able to see me do certain things.

I had those exact same feelings and thoughts about a year ago, getting lost in what I thought was "normal" and what other's wanted, I got fed up I cried I did some deep thinking into my past looking at photos just like you, and I talked to myself I talked to God I didn't want to be fake, I promised myself that if I'm not feeling the project or opportunity then I'm just not going to take it, I need to be brutally honest with myself because at the end of the day that's who I end up sleeping with and having deep conversations with !

Do you have any tips for someone who wants to start a blog? can you describe the version of yourself now and how she is different from 15 year old you? context: I think we get very attached to the younger versions of ourselves and think their interests and opinions make up much of who we are today, which can be the case, but I’ve found that looking back and focusing on interests and opinions of our younger selves can often hold us back. I think many of our values may have stayed the same but with every year and every decade, we are vastly different people and it is so important to continue to try to get to know yourself by looking in the present and trusting that your boredom and your joy is telling you something that is true about who you are today.
