Great news! Add graphene to recycled plastics to improve strength so it can be recycled many times more. Graphene gives significant potential to help reduce the amount of plastics in packaging and provide competitive alternatives. Da bin ich aber mal gespannt, ob diese Ziele auch wirklich so umgesetzt werden. Was "großspurige Ankündigungen" betrifft, war Unilever jedenfalls schon immer ganz vorne mit dabei. Als jahrzehntelanger Fan und intensiver Beobachter der Marke Langnese, weiß ich jedenfalls, dass in der Vergangenheit was verschiedene Vorhaben betrifft, einiges nicht so gelaufen ist wie angekündigt. Mal war es der hohe Zuckeranteil im Eis der reduziert werden sollte, ganz plötzlich hat man von diesen Zielen nie wieder etwas gehört. Die billigen Rezepturen mit geschmacksneutralen Pflanzenfetten, zahlreichen Aromen, Stabilisatoren und Farbstoffen, kommen ohne einen hohen Anteil von Zucker "bzw. verschiedenen Zuckerarten" nicht aus. Dann wurde vor ein paar Jahren zur Beruhigung der Konsumenten ein Siegel eingeführt "Verantwortungsbewusst gemacht für Kinder", dass wegen der bereits erwähnten Zutaten seinen Namen nicht wert ist. Bis vor gut 20 Jahren waren übrigens noch sämtliche Langnese-Impulseis-Produkte "also die Kleinpackungen" in Papier verpackt. Erst zum Ende der 1990er Jahre wurde auf Plastik umgestellt. Bei den Hauspackungen ist es ähnlich. Erst seit 1998 "in diesem Jahr wurde Cremissimo eingeführt" wird der größte Anteil des Hauspackungssortimentes in Plastik verpackt verkauft. Zumindest beim Eis, ging es vorher also auch ohne Kunststoffe und ob recycelter Kunstoff "wie in der Ankündigung beschrieben" wirklich eine langfristige Lösung für Unilever ist, wage ich ebenfalls stark zu bezweifeln.

Although i admire you saying something about this issue, in this video you have not said how you going to do this? I am a diver and i have seen more plastic in the ocean in the last 6 months than i most likely have seen all my life together. There has to be a more aggressive approach and solution like a hefty deposit on plastic to ensure we stop this right now. This video is not worth the time it took me to watch this.
