about the brushing teeth thing, i work as a dental assistant, so this is me being geeky, its's best to brush your teeth after waking up cause you are breaking up the biofilm on your teeth from bacteria that have been sitting on your teeth overnight (your mouth doesn't produce as much saliva overnight, so bacteria buildup is real, and too much can cause inflammation and cavities from sugar breakdown) -- brushing before breakfast can prevent cavities !

My dentist always recommends brushing after every meal. So when you wake up it's best to brush your teeth after breakfast that way you can remove the biofilm and the food off your teeth at the same time.

@Hello-Stoiko really anything that isn’t water can go into this, but coffee is acidic which can aid to cavities, but especially if you are adding things such as milk, sugar, creamers, and syrup into your coffees, that can increase chances of cavities!

@ichelc i can agree with him that there’s some benefit after every meal since you’re pushing off the chances of food getting stuck in your teeth for extended period of times, but in the morning id just not risk it since the biofilm is going to come off anyways and after eating breakfast your mouth would be able to produce enough saliva to dilute the sugars, but either works and it also depends on how acidic or basic your saliva is, but all that really matters is if you brush and floss twice a day!

Brush your teeth right when you wake up, or 30 minutes after you eat. Ideally right when you wake up though. If you do it /right/ after eating, you actually brush away some of your enamel, which makes your teeth weaker!! My college professor gave us a BIGG lecture on that last semester, so I am now passing it onto you!

i highly recc remainders creative use in pasadena to buy your fabric and crafting needs!! they are a donation center and they receive soooo much donated fabric and sewing supplies everyday, and you can get quality stuff for real cheap! and its fun to go in there and be surprised by whatever fabrics they have :D it probably isnt the best place if you have very specific things you are looking for, since it’s a donation center, but its super fun to visit if you’re open to anything!!!

16:45 basically it's better to brush your teeth before you eat, unless you eat and will wait like 30-1 hour. When you eat, it lowers your mouth's pH making your teeth softer. So when you brush, it causes unnecessary damage to your enamel. If you have acidic foods like coffee or orange juice, it will make your teeth even softer.
