Regarding the samba problem, you can either use an arch support insole or you can get spezials that already come with arch support

regular T-shirts are actually always knitted, most stretchy fabrics/clothes are. A woven fabric in and of itself doens't stretch or it would need to be woven with a very stretchy yarn. So like jeans will often have some elastane interwoven, but like yoga pants will just be knitted.

Cobra pose always helps my hip issues. I just do it for a out 10 minutes total per day until things get better. Feel better!

Laini, I believe you should try the Adidas spezial next, it also comes in black leather and I feel like it gives a little bit more support. But switching out the insole is a great advice as well!

an alternative to option that would help with arch support and allow you to keep your sambas is getting insoles. I have the same issue and insoles have allowed me to wear so many flat footed shoes still

Love this video!! But I have to disagree about the graphic crewnecks! I think a graphic one from a brand you love or with a kitschy saying you like or from a small business you support, then it shows a glimpse of personality. I do think crewnecks with graphics like the essentials hoodie or just logomania stuff is something that makes an outfit less elevated.

When I sold shoes I started spraying all my sneakers w Scotchgard or something similar and I have some that are 15+ years old I have worn to death that don't look as beat up as some newer ones. The shoes still age, but much better.
