Not gonna lie, I was able to answer all of these questions with no issue, but I still keep questioning if I'm ready to start interviewing for a new job. I'm not happy at my current company and looking to move on but I have so much self doubt so this video and questions did help. Maybe I am ready?

Sounds like you are. There's nothing wrong with testing the waters. Go out and interview. See if there's a fit with a new company, if not you didn't lose anything but got more experience with interviewing. Then once that ideal job/company comes along, you'll be confident and ready for your interview.

I'm a hardware ops engineer for a cloud storage company now 😂 2yrs in and about to manage my own team. I came from a property management background..the company I work for is named after a Japanese spicy condiment..this is insane looking back at this!! Don't give up folks

@azuragaming5227 you got this!...my best advice is to be humble, honest and eager to learn and pivot. Personality is huge. My boss said to me that anyone can learn the tech but not everyone can be a team player. Reliability and accountability goes far. If you don't know something, say you don't know it and would like to learn (don't be a know-it-all) this can be catastrophic. Own your mistakes as we are not perfect...Best of luck!
