Magnifique! Really beautiful Pierre. We can't fly that close to clouds in the U.S. under VFR in Controlled Airspace. [VFR mins: 1000' above, 500' below, & 2,000' (610m) laterally from any cloud. (And 3 Statute Miles visibility -1.61km- )] Except for 2 very specific situations, that wouldn't be applicable here. To Cloud Surf, you would need to be IFR.
