That’s beautiful. It has big stitches but looks nice and neat. I might have enough odds & ends of bulky weight. My biggest hook is only a 10 mm.

I don't know how it will look a size 3 yarn worked with a 15 mm crochet hook. You need to make a gauge swatch and if you like how the fabric feel/ looks you can try it on
