its 100% a mild form of tourettes and possibly a bit of OCD as well. Causes small ticks that people feel compelled to do. One of his ticks is the neck chin stretching thing. Another one you can see in that set is tapping his water bottle a certain number times against his teeth. Both are super common so nbd.
