this is all so relatable even as a noob. when someone has a higher tempo of decision making (as well as faster execution) than me, it feels like one of those RPG bosses where they get 4 actions per turn, give the whole party statuses and do insane damage, and you spend your entire turn just healing up

I think if you separate from telling yourself to be fast, keep up your tech practice so your hands are fast, and when you play, let your body respond without trying to control the outcome. Going faster has to be natural in my opinion.

That’s funny about zain picking up fox and speeding up, I’m about a month into falco rn and I feel exactly the same.. everythjng feels sooo much slower (except fall speed I guess) to the point where I am realizing my problem wasn’t actually speeding up but slowing down
