This is a kind of a personal growth or self help video mixed up with English learning. I came here training to learn some English and I ended up learning some useful tips about saying NO, not just when we have to but when we need to. From now on, it would be much easier for me to say NO without having that feeling of guilt for not pleasing other people when I really can't say yes to their request simply because at the moment I have too much on my plate and I'm really very busy.
