Definitely. Just be careful that your costs (eg community fees etc) aren´t eating too far into your revenue. We see this mistake frequently.

do you have a LHD car? do you think a RHD car would be a problem? also do you have any suggestions for immigration help from the UK as an EU citizen? i'm struggling to figure out how i will deal with taxes, driving licenses etc etc and other things that come with permanent residency. thanks for these videos they have been so helpful to gain an insight on the area.
