I was stuck on the witchbane ruins part, I learned that you need to kill radahn to get the quest the find her body, after doing that, I went back and got her primal glintstone, however upon arriving at the ruins next to rannis tower, I got not dialogue to transfer her glintstone. I found out that you need to speak with Jerren at the castle where you fight radahn, speak to him and return to witchbane where you’ll find sellens body dead (Jerren killed her). After that you should be able to talk to her at the new body location :) hope this helped

2:34 Like Swiss cheese the are some holes in this cheese spot, it is possible for one of the bosses (the one with the sickle) to get you in the spot, however as long as you focus on killing that one first, it will still work as intended.

I figured my issue out! You have to wait until the glintstone loses its power. I went to the roundtable and it said the body died! So keep that in mind!

This had me stumped for a long while. After you kill Radahn, go back to Redmane fort and chat with Jennan in the throne room. Then teleport to Roundtable and you'll get a message about Sellen.

Not sure if it was a patch or I did something wrong but when I went to talk to the old man in the castle chapel it created a boss room, witch you have to fight a corrupted knight and a crucible knight, so I couldn’t get to him. Both of the bosses were super hard as I could get to the crucible knight down to 1/3 hp before he started spamming these swoop attacks. Fortunately I just went ahead and tried my luck and went to lucaria library and was able to fight with Sellen to beat a witch hunter. So In The end I still got the armors. Thanks a bunch for this guide it got me on the right track.

My quest line was bugged, just try to go do all the steps. I had already killed both bosses. It didn't give me the ability to give her back the crystal. The guy was never back in her jailed scene. I went back to the academy and I was able to fight the red npc. After that, I recieved the crown, and 2 sets of armor upon going back to those 2 different locations.

Hopefully I made some sense the guy that made this video got the steps in wrong order at that part

Any ideas how to resolve a stuck quest? I might be missing something .... I'm not sure what's going on with mine I haven't harmed Sellen but in the Witchbane location she doesn't respond with the proper dialogue she responds as if I've hit her and doesn't progress the quest... cheese spot looks like it got patched out one will fling there giant blades up at you but the rolling wheel one seems to still work on. So if your range focus on the blade one first i guess.

The step that goes after this actually goes before the step your stuck on, you just have to talk to the guy in the chair at radahns castle then head to the place you took her soul and after you talk to him you should be able to transplant her soul at the location she’s looking down.

Was using azurs armor for the longest till I learned about poise. This armor is trash for poise and you will get stunned by most enemies. Whereas being above 50 poise allows you to walk through some hits unphased. Plus better poise armor tends to offer more physical protection.

You can wear 50 poise armor and still wear a hat like the one that gives +3 int or the one that increases Frost sorcery dmg.

@@tyrlant2189 Why waste the head slot with a shitty crescent hat that gives 3 int. Just max int to 99 and wear the full veteran armor set. Max physical protection and max poise. While also doing max damage with sorceries. You can do bladids legs, veteran armor and the crescent hat for 50 poise. However if you want to be more tanky, and have over 80 poise and max physical. Do full veteran armor with 99 int.

you didnt talk to guy at radahns castle in the throne go to the "impossible great bridge" grace straight east from the first step and go into his castle and talk to the guy in the chair after that, you have to go back to where you got sellens soul and continue the dialogue from there hope it helps

If you side with Jerren you will not be able to get the sets unfortunately.
