The guy who made this music is Mark Mothersbaugh, and the directors of Cloudy with a Chance of meatballs are Phil Lord and Chris miller, which was their first director project. After Cloudy with a chance of meatballs, Mark Mothersbaugh continued to collaborate with them for almost every project Phil Lord and Chris Miller have ever made/contributed to, including 21+22 jump street, Lego movie 1+2, Lego Ninjago movie and Mitchells V machines.
