Her flash was already good, its just the rest of her kit that forced her to run it down after getting a kill that made her a solo q demon

My main and only issue with this balance patch is the speed nerf of the raze satchel. It's sure to mess up experienced raze players. It's like if they changed the travel distance of sova darts or any mollies. Lineups would be reset essentially.

literally no other duelist can enter from main to back site in 1-2 seconds. jett is probably the second best entry atm, and she can smoke dash into middle of site in a best case scenario. i think it makes a lot of sense to nerf razes entry, seeing as the rest of her kit is also very potent. count the amount of nerfs and the potency of those nerfs on her nade and boombot. unlike lineups, raze satchels will stay rather similar, but will have to adjust for the lower overall distance. i get ur point and all, but i dont agree. changing razes satchels arent like changing distance on lineups. razes satchels are not lineup based. theres good positions to do them from for sure, perhaps some of the satchel jumps are not possible anymore, or should be done differently... fine. it doesnt rly matter. i wouldnt be *that* mad if lineups got changed aswell, tho that wouldnt make a whole lot of sense tbh.

Yea but the ability, much like chamber and Jett’s is broken in its ability to circumvent any setups with little to no skill. Like what is the point of a kj cypher or deadlock setup if raze can just slap it out of the way? Placing trips in some random ass places hoping her pathing is going there? Seems like an overall waste. Raze has been super high impact to the point that there are pros that can ONLY effectively play her and dominate on most maps like jing. Certain agents need to be overall nerfed to make way for others and this is a great change coupled with neons overall horizontal mobility to let her shine.

I feel like this doesn’t fix the Reyna smurfing problem. Like good players are gonna always take favorable duels so the 50HP help won’t really make a difference. Furthermore now they have a 6 orb ult for a whole round and the dismiss is faster meaning she can potentially now do OP peeks like Jett and be a lot safer. And the overheal last forever meaning her pistol round are even more insane now.

The Iso change is actually massive lol. He is now essentially an Anti-Op entry, and being able to have your shield going into his ult is also pretty big considering he can basically take away a site anchor and give his team site for free.

Iso's rework makes him PERFECT for Comp and pro play. Instead of being a bad 2nd Entry, he's now the best 1st Entry ego duelist in the game. You're always advantaged in the wide swing to kill the Defender holding an angle/firelane. Other Entry duellists like Jett/Raze are movement duelists; their job isn't to get the entry frag, its to cross the dangerous firelanes and get onto-site to pressure Defenders from multiple angles. Iso is meant to just straight up wide swing the firelane and get an entry frag on the anchor holding the angle, therefore breaking open the site. His whole gameplan has changed.

Neon - buff 2 slides wall duration 6s > 4s Relay bolt 2 > 1 time till full fuel regen 60s > 20s 2nd slide costs 150 Neon now removes all weapon movement error when sliding etc. Iso - buff When he uses the shield ability he starts with a shield but they will hear it when he uses it so like a chamber ult Double tap 2 > 1 Kill reset added to double tap thats all i know etc. Reyna - BUFFED - NERFED Ult has no more timer meaning her ult will only stop when she dies Devour (Q) 100hp > 50hp healing time now reduced from 2s > 1.5s thats all i know for reyna Raze - NERFED So her satchel wont explode when the enemy shoots it her movement will be slower her satchels will be more louder Clove - NERFED Pick me up ability will now be from 100 creds > 200 creds duration was 10 secs > 8 secs Her ult now needs 8 orbs instead of 7 and unequip delay was 0.7s > 0.8s I think thats all Share the word cus it took me 10 hours 😭 😭 😭

Not sure how I feel about the Iso Shield and Neon Slide changes. These abilities always felt like anti-fun to play against. Not because they were OP, just not fun to face. The same goes for Chamber. I don’t care how hard that agent gets nerfed, I’ll never be excited to play against a Chamber lol. Now these abilities weren’t really an issue to me as almost no one played them, but if these agents get picked almost every game now I’m not sure how to feel about an agent tanking a headshot and another onetapping me while sliding like we’re playing Call of Duty. Guess we’ll see.

The one buff that wasn't needed was to NEON. As if they weren't a pain to deal with before, now it'll be outright annoying to deal with this agent. IMO, considering that NEON main ace is movement, a counter NERF should be the weapon equip time or weapon accuracy until she comes to a stop. It makes no sense that she can equip weapons so fast after coming out from her sprint.

I see you've never tried playing as neon and sliding into a (good) enemy. They don't spray and pray, they track your slide and shoot you when you stop before you can get your weapon out AND accurate. If they don't, that's because you just dug a hole through your mouse pad with how much you're having to fly around their screen. As a duelist, her main options are to either support, or be supported. Otherwise, she's just a moving target that HAS to stop eventually (and will be punished for stopping). Her buffs are crazy yes, but her current state is awful. Yeah it's fun to bhop around enemies and get the kill sometimes, but those are the cherry picked clips on youtube. Unfortunately, Riot has a "character in awful place with awful pick rate? Buff them to the max". Same thing happened with Gekko where they buffed the shit out of Dizzy and his util reclaim time. Same with Cypher where his trips became rechargable and took half as long to stun and more than doubled the slow afterwards. This is just what happens. They get nerfed a little after, but they want people to play these agents to spice the game up.

The Trip arm time is now 2s, instead of 1. coming to geko, yes he got buffs, but even without them, he was pretty capable and IMO, as a character, he was designed well. Same can't be said of a lot of the new agents - Deadlock, Harbor, ISO. Also some agents aren't played outright like Astra. There is no sense in the "Balance" act of RIOT, because the characters themselves aren't being designed with long term implications in mind. Hence the constant need to buff/nerf them. No other game does it to the extent of Valorant.

They never said that iso will be keeping his orbs. It seems to be just a two kill reset and you can reset it while it’s active. I don’t think you get an orb with every kill anymore. The orbs were so bad, you had to ruin your own x-hair placement and they can break them. The biggest buff was removing them.

the orbs are still a thing im pretty sure. It basically works the same as now but “focusing” is rechargeable and also give you the shield now. Also the orb is super balanced imo, its a good tradeoff, you have to break you xhair placement , but you also become immune to being onetapped the next shot which in a 2v1 gives you time to get ready to fight the next guy.

I honestly liked how Iso's Double Tap felt before, but I'm not sure if I'll still like it after this. Iso has been a comfort pick for me for a while now, since he's a duelist that has to earn value from his abilities and can't just get freebies with them (which I like in any character in any game generally), even if he wasn't always rewarded for the effort put into him.

People freaking out about 100% accuracy while sliding, you dont know if that actually makes it easier to hit people. The lower accuracy can actually help you if you arent putting your crosshair on the right spot.

Ah, only one concussion now nice Reyna is weird now, she's more useful passive than agressive While clove is opposite Like Reyna's shield can heal permanently now And ult is for full round So it's better for her to lurk Like say she gets -40 from enemy reacting one body shot to her lurking, she gets back full shields now. While if she's aggressive and gets -120 she's permanently low unless she heals twice And her dismiss is fricking fast now

I just don't get why they keep buffing kinda strong agents like Neon or Reyna who were played by strong players already, but at the same time they don't touch Deadlock for instance. She's the real one who should get some buffs. There's a reason she's almost never played at proplays. Her sound sensor is just litteral shit and should get a serious buff, cause the amount of time you get killed from behind even with her sensors is insane. Neon is just gonna be a more annoying agent than she already was haha.. looking forward to that lmao

nah, riot said that they ALREADY buffed them so these agents arent weak af anymore, gekko is in a really good spot, deadlock see a bit of play on certain maps and chamber is supposed to be a ranked agent, thats it

These changes are a bit BS ngl The change to Reyna's ult seems a bit out of nowhere, I think it's better in a team execute when it has a timer, similar to jett's dash, cuz it basically removes all punishment if you just pop it out of nowhere. Then the change to Neon... honestly im terrified

clove didnt need to be nerfed, Neon only needed a slight buff or retune, overall good changes, but the neon meta is going to be painful

3:58 you actually heal at a slower rate, as it used to be 33.3 hps, and now it is 25 hps. if you heal then instantly take cover behind the wall, the old heal will provide you with more hp than the new heal. nonetheless still a good video not trying to spread anything here

Reyna technically heals slower…..? 100 in 3s to 50 in 2s i dont really see that being faster, the ult change is ok they dont have to be pushing all time to not waste it (wouldve been cool if you could toggle the brightness on the ult) Neon is gona have a better mobility but id say nerf her ult, it os just way too broken

I am actually pleasantly surprised with these changes (though Raze satchels not booping players would've also been fair) but I also think Phoenix could've used some slight buffs in some capacity lol and now they really should address the Sentinel issue, buff Astra/Harbor, and for the love of god fix Skye lol

You still have the aimlabs orbs to shoot for the shield, you just have an additional shield beforehand that takes 1 sec to activate.
