You showed him Joker’s least lively moments in the Arkham series, I mean dude is straight up dying of the TITAN disease during Arkham City and one of those scenes was Clayface pretending to be Joker. You should have shown him clips from Arkham Asylum where Joker is acting very goofy, especially that hilarious scene where he’s arguing with the Scarface puppet and tickles Batman with a feather. He could be very comedic and clown like in that game despite the dark atmosphere of the Asylum.

My money for the origin of the red nose, is on a reference to chronic alcoholism. Considering how old the tradition is, "ha ha, that guy has a debilitating illness!" seems about right.

Actually Doink was played by many people. The mask and costume are the personality of the dark clown. Each person who played doink brought something new to the character from being mean to the crowd or loving the crowd to using circus tricks in the ring. I know nick dismore the former Eugene wore the Doink costume at one point. Doink overall had a pretty dismal record of wins and losses. The character of Doink was really only brought out during holidays or some special event to play to the crowd. During Christmas or legend meetups Doink would appear just to entertain the crowd. Most wrestlers tend to serious in the ring and usually would floor Doink with a right or left hand fairly quickly. It’s not making contact more like it’s a simple back bump.

would you be surprised to know its actually Luke Skywalker himself actor Mark Hamill that voices the joker there. He was also the Joker in the Batman animated series too. I'd say in real life Hamill is much more of the Joker than he is Skywalker.

It's not supposed to be a clown car it's an ice cream truck... He uses an ice cream truck to draw out the most innocent of people for him to kill lol.

I feel bad for clowns today. They used to be at the top of the world, funny kids preformers. It's an art form. And it took a lot of time to hone your craft. One serial killer, a few bad characters and a 2016 later they are all massively hated on and people don't understand how much it really is an art form

When I was a kid I was frightened by a clown on purpose. It never left me I still have a dreadful fear of them in person. On TV or video games I'm fine in fact the only clown that really doesn't scare me is Joker

I forgotten all about, Pennywise, but my favorite version of him, the classic one. The Tim Curry one. Not so much the newer one, with the count chocula teeth. The newer one, isn't scary to me. At least, Sweet tooth is scary and menacing, the newest pennywise, does nothing for me.

A little disappointing, that I didn't get to see, Nights, from the game, Nights into dreams. Anyway, one of my favorite clowns is, Bozo the clown, the Joker, Pomni, Harley Quinn, punchline, the blue meaning, The Blue Meanie, and Pagliacci. As for my favorite clowns, Bozo the clown, Homie the clown, ensure not a literal clown, but he's very clown like, and that is, Lupin the third.
