Interesting to eventually see how there writing system works
@babelingua
@babelingua 2 жыл бұрын
In a nutshell, the main squiggle encodes tone, the symbols above the main squiggle encode consonants, and the (optional) symbols below the main squiggle encode vowels. It's a relatively recent writing system used mostly in signs and scripts meant to be whistled -- most day-to-day writing uses a modified version of Cyrillic.

A point you sort of glossed over, the monster clown archetype seems to have originated with Pogo, alter ego of serial killer John Wayne Gacy, Jr.

I haven't decided if (a) the happenings of Interface are canon in klouniverse, or (b) kloun just REALLY like the series.

I loke the idea that jesters were a common ancestor. They instead used bell sounds to communicate a strictly vocal language (to keep up the illeteracy)

I just stumbled upon this video and am confused. Is Clownlang some kind of ARG or a speculative anthropology series ? The way you presenting the Klouns are impressively detailed, but that's what confuses me.

@bacicinvatteneaca
@bacicinvatteneaca Жыл бұрын
What's an FD? In case you're new around here, this is the area of youtube where people make fictional languages. One of the potential excuses to make up a language is to make up a fictional world or society that speaks it, with any degree of realism.
