Kinda unrelated but explosion is such an insane move for a trainer to use in battle in the actual verse 😄

I really love these videos! There's a special balance of not over edited, and not trying to act like you know more than you really do! It's very genuine. One suggestion is I think it would be nice if you talked a bit more DURING the replay, like maybe watched it by yourself many times to then be able to add more insight, the video REALLY crawls at that point! Other than that, great stuff man, excited to see what other ADV videos you make!

to elaborate on oldgen tiering decisions to clear up confusion - except in cases like newly developing lower tiers like RBY PU and ZU and such, usage-based tiering is frozen after the end of a generation because oldgen playerbases are generally too small outside of OU for ladder-based usage stats to make a lot of sense - and also, iirc, Generation 3 didn't really have usage-based tiering figured out when it was current and tiers were just picked out manually instead. Cool resource!

This is a wonderful video, but personally I never go beyond 205ish to speed creep most metagross and unboosted ddtar. This still ofc let's you beat claydol speed which is essential and the only tars who are that fast are mixtar or dding anyway. This kind of informational video of in depth analysis (and actual scripting) is lacking from KZbin for gen 3 and we would love more of these in this world.
@ryankeathley9955 ай бұрын
205 does not creep dd tar, which is the most important set since you probably want to boom on it to deny setup

@@ryankeathley995 bulky ddtar, the like who go to 200-203 alot. This also creeps milo for the boom

@oof_maxima it's not about the sound level, that's fine. I'm talking about switching up the song in places where it would feel natural, maybe after a battle ends and the next one begins you could change the track to another DPP song. Or in the explanation section you could use a different sound in the DPP OST. Thanks.
