What is the media that you are replacing? And how often should we replace? Not the raw materials but the media.

It is dry beads. Each time whe you refill, please check the dry beads. If it expands with water, please dry them in the sun before use. You can also buy a replacement kit to replace them.

Looking at my box they have a G600mini and a G600. Looks like they have two models. One being a bit bigger tank. So I’m going by the manufacturers instructions on the tank , Acid 90 grams , and B Baking 100 grams , and 150ml of h20. This should be correct if you bought the G600mini. They could have mentioned this in the video above since it makes it confusing for G600 mini purchases. Best to stick to the tank measurements.

How long does it take to produce bubbles once the system is setup already, it's been 20 minutes since selenoid started working and I haven't seen any bubble

Please check if the check valve is installed in right direction. And please check if somewhere is leaking gas. Generally, after the system is setup, the diffuser will start to make bubble in 1-2 minutes. At first, you can open wider the needle valve, let more bubbles release from the diffuse disc, to open the pores, and then adjust to the appropriate gas output.

I purchased my system 6 months ago and nvr had a problem refilling the citric acid and baking soda. Last month i was not able to open the regulator. I have released the gas. It still will not open. What's happening? Is it a pressure issue? Thx

I think the threads of the regulator and the bottle sticked together. This may be due to reaction mucus sticking to the thread. I've just set up the 700S and have a few questions/problems. I let the canister sit overnight after the materials had been added and the pressure gauge was in the green as it said it should be. I followed the rest of the instructions. CO2 is definitely going into the tank but the pressure gauge is now in the yellow and you can hear air being released from the needle valve (and feel it when you touch it) when it is turned open more than the slightest little bit--which I have to do or the CO2 stops completely. Do I have a leak somewhere? And how do I fix this problem?

When your solenoid valve can't close or open the CO2 after using it for a while, it means water or impurity enters inside of solenoid. It is not broken, it will start to work again after clean it. I have the CO2 Cylinder Generator G700S, more than 24 hours have passed and the pressure only reached number 20 and not number 40 as seen in the video, is this normal? @@acemcgillicutty4420 A pressure of 20kg/cm² is normal for use. But if only this pressure can be reached, it means that the reaction is not particularly complete for a number of reasons. So you can contact us via our customer support email and we need to know the details of your operation to determine the exact cause.
