Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad

Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese, softened
16 oz of vanilla yogurt
1 (8 oz) tub of cool whip, Thawed
1 (3½ ounce) package cheesecake flavor instant pudding or pie filling mix
½ bag of miniature marshmallows
1 ½ lb. strawberries, sliced
4 bananas, sliced
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, pudding and cool whip until creamy.
Stir in marshmallows.
Fold in fruit.
Garnish with additional fruit.

That salad does look delicious! Pineapple chunks added is a good suggestion and might also help the bananas from turning brown as quickly. I’m making this for the weekend. Also the grocery store pickup service is really great but, like you said, can be disappointing when items are not picked the way you would do them yourself. My last order had a carton of eggs with one missing and two broken and egg had run all over the others. I got them for $1.29 so it wasn’t worth my time and effort to return them. But overall, I have been very pleased with that service. Thanks again for this recipe. Hope Addison likes it!
