She is a nice looking doll however I don't like that Mattel gave her those clear plastic or rubber shoulder straps to hold her dress in place at the top since those clear straps are known to disintegrate over time. But they also put them on the pink top on the new Barbie Dream Besties Malibu doll's shoulder straps and some of the new fashionista Barbie doll's outfits as well. They should use actual real cloth fabric shoulder straps so they will last for many years.

Something better would be a strap on the inside of the neckline to grip the plastic.

They're clear plastic because they're meant to look like strapless dresses and they're supposed to be removed

Beautiful doll, not wonky at all (to me). Very fairly priced, especially if you bought her with the 19.59% discount. She just seems like “classic” Barbie (and that’s a compliment). LOVE her curves and will probably leave her on the Music Muse body as I think it really suits her.

So you gave in too. I held out for a while since the model muse body is of no interest to me. So I finally spent 80$ (club fees, shipping, currency exchange) for a head. I like the dress and I like the idea of a curvy body but that dress needs a body! I am eager to see who gets to wear the dress in your collection.

The jewelry is very nice the dress is pretty yet a more common color pink if it was another one shade od green because the Claudia model came in the blue dress.

I bought her with 20% off for club members. Definitely would have been nice with fake lashes. I kept mine in the box. I like it better than I thought.

Good joint articulation would've been great for sure!! Washing the junk out of her hair and conditioning it really makes it look great.

Every doll I've seen has that same wonk eye. Mine too. Someone said it was on purpose, as she's supposed to be posed looking from the side. Idk about that...but she's gorgeous & i love her.

I turned one of my two pink haired/open mouth Odile dolls into a curvy. I'm making this one standard and hoping the Juan Gabriel has a petite match! Lavender Odile keeps falling further and further down for me. Idk if this Odile beats the 2023 holiday one though.

She’s cute but since I couldn’t figure out how to order her with the discount I can’t see myself paying full price for her. Im already waiting for that western barbie and movie Barbie/Ken dolls to come to me next year. Im also contemplating that noonuu(sp?) collab - i like the one doll but not the Barbie- looks too much like the spin master dolls that i hate

I'll pass. I have better Odlie's and dolls with a similar outfit. I just got 2021 Lunar New Year at a really good price. She's much prettier in person. I like her dress more.and it's good to have a Mari face mold doll. Odlie has been used a lot and will continue to be used. Mari hasn't been used that often.

I can tell you aren't as old as myself, LOL! But I remember the days of a real Barbie club membership, when you got a huge packet, a catalog, a complete exclusive outfit and there was real member exclusives. I used to pay for two memberships, just so I could get two of the exclusive outfits, because they were amazing. Today's membership is nothing but a money grab from Mattel, they really don't offer up anything special, sure it is only $10 now, but for that you get the right to buy a limited stock early sometimes and maybe an exclusive doll. They even say "there might be member exclusive dolls"... the key there is "might be". So you are paying $10 in the hopes they might have something. As for quality... yes, I am still buying them, but it is getting ridiculous. I am glad they were still in stock, but I just got my Barbie Fashion Model doll #2 dolls, I thought one of them her hair was just messed up in the front, no, there were plugs missing! I had to return her for a replacement, so I was really glad she was still in stock. I bought all the Fashion Model dolls... and I can say in the first 20 years I never got one messed up or missing hair plugs!!!

I grew up in the 60's and 70's and the dolls back then were made to last also the clothes even the cardboard doll houses are still around. I have to think hard if she is really worth the money and I won't rebody her either because I would have to buy two dolls instead of one. Oh Well thanks for listening
