I remember Pufflescape was a big deal at the time of it's release. It was one of the bigger minigame additions since Puffle Launch! I was very excited for it. Puffle Launch was cool, especially with it getting it's own iOS version, but getting something that sort of displayed the opposite of the high-octane action of Puffle Launch, in the same location no less, was exciting!

Whilst listening to the sped-up 'time trials' theme, I imagined a separate mode of Pufflescape more focusing on the puffle's raw movement in a race-like platformer mode rather than the physics puzzles. Oh yeah, also I do like the sneaky, cold theme of this, but also it has that cutesy feel rather than the more 'cool' EPF/PSA mysterious music, because it's about a Puffle exploring underground caves, bounding around in a ball having the time of their life, than an agent sneaking into a well-known villain's headquarters.

This is awesome! I remember being one of the few that beta tested Rollerscape through the separate website. It was lots of fun and one of my most exciting memories of Club Penguin, as I got to see the game from early beta through many changes (and bugs haha) to the final product in CP. I'm glad you stuck with the Cold, Mysterious feel through the entire game, as that's what I remember the most! It'd remind me of having fun playing hide n' seek outside in the snow at night, or "braving the winter storm" kind-of-thing. It was one of the few games that gave me a sneaky, mischievous feel similar to some PSA and EPF missions. Speaking of those... Could you do a video on the EPF Command Room music, please? (or the "old" PSA mission intro music?) Warm Hugs and Waddle On! :)

I would love a more bts videos. I would also be intrigued to see a founders take on working with Disney. Financially of course being bought by Disney is amazing, but I often wondered how you guys felt once Club Penguin began to transform (mostly member exclusive stuff, disney themed events, maybe changes in who made creative decisions)
@ChrisHendricks6 жыл бұрын
I left in 2010, and most of those changes happened after the fact, so I don't know how much insight I can give there. However, if I had a time machine, and could do it over again, I wouldn't have left when I did.

@@ChrisHendricks Did you leave out of frustration with how it was being handled? Or were you just kinda burnt on it at the time? Also, why do you say you'd go back in time and change it?
