Several points. Bacon. As presented, slices to thin. Not enough bacon. Lettuce" Use crunchy fresh iceberg. Bread. Way to wimpy. Several options here. First choice real sourdough bread. Next choice a hearty whole wheat or multi grain bread you want something that has some body. If you must use white bread get the good stuff. Cut in half? No, cut in quarters. tooth pick each quadrant and serve on edge. Don't over cook the turkey. Sous vide is a good choice, finished over a charcoal broiler to crisp up the skin. Be sure to season the turkey and the tomatoes, and make sure they are ripe and fresh. Each bite of a club should have smoky and crunchy bacon flavor and the turkey should be juicy and delicious. This sandwich needs to be indulgent and hearty, don't skimp.

These are mainly your preferences, sourdough bread is not the original recipe which calls for cassette bread, cheese is also not part of the original recipe (I have googled to confirm this, as I was in doubt). The amount of bacon, again your personal preference, for me too much bacon would overwhelm everything else 😁
