-Whole grain mustard 1.5 (if not, honey mustard)
-Mayonnaise 1

Actually, for weak stomachs i advise to eat a little plastic wrap, then you can build those stomach muscles up and eventually be able to eat the full proper meal with the entire plastic wrap ❤️

I made nine of these for my family. They loved it. It was more work than I had expected but worth it. Thanks! I didn't add cheese and I made a fluffly omlete with mushrooms, corriander and green onions instead of a fried egg. It turned out great.

I love this recipe, everytime we go with family on a road trip i make these sandwiches into the car as a lunch/snack because it’s yummy and easy to eat withou getting dirty. The only thing i do differently is how I wrap them into the foil and do not cut it in halves. Thank you! I made this sandwich more than 20 times and still love it!❤
