Originally from the UK and Been working in food and beverage for 6 years, moved to the US and at the age of 28 Iv been offered a management position at a well known Washington DC club. Honestly when I came here I thought it would be profit driven high intensity environment and Iv found it’s not like that at all. It’s been a high intensity high customer service driven environment. The Customer service seems to trump the profit side of stuff almost all the time. Exited to see where this goes
