First up - UHU Hart glue - - - - Solid - Bin!
Revell CONTACTA Liquid Poly cement
It's meant to be thin like water ..... but it's quite thick …..
I wonder how long have I've had it? - Price 99p !!!

Does work .... but not very well ...
I'm retesting UHU POR ..... it should work!
Also retesting Gripfil LayBond - this time cooking it in the Airing cupboard for 24 hours!

My Dad's old time favourite glue, now called Impact .... sigh ...!

It IS formulated for Polystyrene ???!

I cooked this test in the airing cupboard for a whole day!
Seems to bond to the surfaces OK ... but the glue doesn't hold
Nail polish remover ( Acetate ) doesn't work either
Laybond - .... it stuck to me with great affection!
Well all that leaves us with just 3 reliable working glues;
Revell CONTACTA Liquid Poly cement - Non gap filling
Delux Plastic Magic - Aslo non gap filling
MaxiFix Model Plastic Glue ... unobtainable....
