The exact cause of clubfoot is unknown, but doctors agree that a family history of clubfoot (bacho ke per tede ho to kya kare) increases the likelihood that a child will be born with the condition. Also, mothers who smoke and drink during pregnancy are more likely to give birth to a child with a clubfoot or clubfeet.
The primary way of clubfoot treatment (bacho ke per tede ho to kya kare) is the Ponseti method, in which a specialist manipulates the baby’s foot with their hands. The aim is to correct the bend in the foot. Then a plaster cast is applied from the toes to the thigh, to hold the foot in position.
