Big shoutout to Stephen! Thanks for the love, you are welcome down any time this or next season and ill take you on the tour - no mazes needed, i promise! 😊 Pleasure beach looks great! The mazes look like lots of fun and the street actors look awesome! The big set piece with the cage is so cool! I know you guys were a bit iffy going into it, its so cool to see how suprised and pleased you are to be there. When you want something to be good so bad and it turns out it is, its a brilliant feeling. Good job Pleasure beach! Awesome blog as always, thanks guys!

This year was our first JTH experience. Absolutely loved the event. The atmosphere was great, actors outstanding, and we left the event at the end very satisfied indeed. Went to Towers the week after, and it was disappointing. No real spooky atmosphere around the park outside Towers Street, and the 8pm close added to the disappointment given we had booked in February when the close was advertised for 9pm. Blackpool have definitely won this round hands down, great event that we'll certainly try it again next season!

was my first visit to the event this year and like you i have to say it was amazing had one of the best evenings of the whole year for me and left absolutely buzzing then went to towers the next day yikes hands down worst alton towers visit for me in 20 years and i visit at least 10-12 times a year so that is a bold statement but well done pleasure beach you smashed it this year.

I completely agree about the atmosphere and the tunnels. Alice and Ghost Train felt like they needed more actors, great concept just needs ramped up. And I was lucky that the Nash was broken and I got a night ride on Icon with South Park pitch black! Really impressed with it to be honest 😁

From the vlogs I've seen of this year's event, it looks like a huge improvement. Tbh it looks like the kind of Scare event I'd be brave enough to go to lol. Well done to BPB! I still think Valahalla has the potential to be the flagship scare attraction for this event in the future.

i’ve loved Journey to Hell since it started in 2019. i’ve done it in 2019, 2022, 2023, and this year. i really like the concept of it, it wouldn’t work as being part of the normal park day as it can be rather naughty at points but i think it’s great. what i would like to see is being able to do the scare attractions as many times as you like cause the mazes are excellent but only being able to do them once i can’t take them fully in. i didn’t get to do Alice cause the queue was huge but i adored all of the actors around the park it added so much atmosphere

We are 100% coming to this next year. It looks really good. The opening ceremony and roaming actors was very HHN. The story based mazes as well seemed good and the added actors in the 2 rides as well. In the themepark halloween offering from vlogs ive watched id put this just behind thorpe park.

I think it maybe needs to be a 4 hour event to give a bit more time to experience the rides after dark and the mazes. Concentrating on the North Park has been a huge improvement. Will be even better with River Caves, Ice Blast and hopefully a Gyro Swing next year.

Looked great fun. Shows you what scare actors in the areas do to help the atmosphere. Alton towers should take note.

riding the Nash in pitch black darkness must be one of the most cathartic night rides you can get on any coaster I’d pay good money to do it

Me and my daughter had a great time at the event and we would go again next year. There's room for improvement but it seems to be heading in the right direction 🙂

Highlights: the roaming actors, Cabinet of Curiosities and Pasaje del Terror. Lowlights: Alice in Wonderland, one hour queue because the operator was letting pairs go on their own instead of filling the car with another pair, and it really wasn't worth the wait.

I will probably go again in the future. It put us off when we were told basically get a move on or you won't get everything done!!! Also pressured to have photos with a clown......just let people enjoy themselves....if they want a photo they will have one taken!!

Credit where its due actors cleary working hard there. Can they keep it up ? It does seem the atmosphere drops outside certain areas though needs more smoke etc dressing areas with themes more

Love the Video, Just dissapointing on how inconsistent this has been this year. Definitely not 70+ actors when we where there for opening weekend. We didn't even have the big intro that you guys got.
