I experienced this with my job violating labor laws and I brought it to their attention. They hate anyone with an voice. The response I got was “it’s always been this way and we give extra two vacation days that we don’t have to so..” basically deal with it.. i sent it to ethics and hr in an email so they had to research it & Adjust before they have an class action on their hands.

I can relate to Monique when she talks about being in the slow class. I had an IEP up until I tested out in 11th grade and also graduated with honor from high school. High school helps me not put limitations on myself because of how people see me just prove them wrong. I do have problems comprehending certain things but I'm a very intelligent individual. People would try to put me in a box but I wouldn't let them and still won't.
