I live in Milpitas and walk there in there in the mornings with my mom. About 4 months ago I seen in the water a ton of dead carp fish. It smelled bad, I called the city that day and the lady said they would send someone out to clean it up and investigate. It was never done, the fish still there dead. The city should be more concerned about this months ago when I called but never seemed interested. Now the ducks are dead, that’s not good at all.

Botulism is common in stagnant water/ponds at this time of year. Usually waterfowl will be seen staggaring around or paralyzed and it can be fatal if left untreated. Poor ducks, hope they get to the bottom oif what caused this.
