i start using this kind of training after watching this video and it really works ! i did it at pullups, dips and squat and i increase weight fast...thank you ! your videos inspires me a lot and are very helpful !

Hi,can you give me example how you incorporated this on dips,pullups,chinups,pushups?im doing all these excercises weighted. Till yesterday i was doing 5x5 with 3 minutes rest betwene sets. Now im stuck at 50 kg dips.cant do 5x5.what do you recomend?i realy wanna try cluster from now on. Can you help me?tnx, Salute

Great video man! What do you think of this style of training but for more hypertrophy, for example 5 reps with a weight every minute but for like 10 sets. I mean 5 reps every minute for a given time/sets

Hi, im interested of your cluster training...i thing i stuck in one place with weighted ... so i want to try cluster...this is only one training a day? 25x weighted singles? or 1x25 pull ups, 1x25 chin ups ...etc.? and other day dips ..or cluster day...dips, pull ups, squats ? :-) thanks....

you can do cluster sets with pretty much every intensity just do the repitions and pause between every one, every 2 or every 3 reps so for example you take 80% intenisty for 5x5 - 5x5 is 25 reps so you do 1,pause,1, pause, 1, pause ....until you hit a number higher than 25 or you take 85% intensity and do 25 reps
