Dan the feedback I would give on your merch is: You "Dan" are the thing your audience identifies with most. So I would recommend you being the focus of the merch with mad decent racing being a small piece of it. Your have a good brand "Danger Dan". Lean into that brand as the focus would be my feedback.

I get why you put the fridge where you did but I don't like it. However it is a very easy fix it possible. The handles are on the wrong side. If the fridge has the option to move the hinges and handles to the other side, I think you should.

How do you keep your parts organized? You pretty much dismantled the car and its been sitting in that state for a bit. I can imagine that it'll be hard to remember how all the pieces, nuts and bolts go back together.

A clutch delay valve might smooth out the engagement and make it nicer to drive

Very true. In my experience I have not been able to create the feel I like with a delay valve. We did use them at RTR on certain cars.
