Ready jerky and delayed shifts. Finally it ended up not going past 3rd gear

Remember to reinstall the support for the battery pan. Found out the hard way when I installed the battery and it broke one of the solenoid connections.

I think mines is out of spec at 6v i think have to test again to make sure having problems with a replacement transmission i just put in

im having the type of problem on my 98..just put in a low mile's Replacement transmission.. won't shift right into 3rd 4th gear.. replace all the solenoids on the transmission still won't work right. also replace neutral / gear select sensor & speed sensor.. i got about 3grand on this replacement trans mission.. getting very dissappointed.. now im wishing i just did a 5 speed swap 4 my 1998 prelude instead.. so pissed if i got to take this low mile's used trans mission out to ship it back.. was so not a easy job & was not cheap. & i can't get any of my money back from all the new parts i bought 4 the trans trying to fix the problem's

Hi mine is shifting hard I never replace the shift solenoid could that be going bad got a 2003 honda accord lx 4 cylinder

My automatic 2006 Acura TL ran excellent then one day on the highway the transmission disengaged and wont drive it just revs in drive, reverse etc. code p0966, put a new pressure control solenoid in and still same problem resetted code and still have the same code pop up too.

did you fix the problem? my 2006 honda pilot probably have similar transmission to tl , i have p0746 solenoid stuck off , difficulty shifting from 1st to 2nd , should i change out the liner solenoid at the side of the transmission?

We did fix the problem, we endup replacing torque converter and installed new internal clutches

The second gear is not working like the first on that solenoid. It did not move the same way as the black 1st gear it clicked but there was not movement on the brown 2nd gear shift side.

I bought a 2008 ACCORD 4 cyl . The solenoid locked . Would not go into 1st . I checked the fluid and its black . What is the best way to change the fluid ? I have heard lots of people say simply don't because it can caus more problems ? I dunno what to do. Any help appreciated

Do a slow flush about 4 after each time u flush drive for like 30 miles

We endup taking it to the shop and replaced the torque converter and clutches inside the transmission.

Hey Navin. Tell me what happened why do you wanna rewire the solenoids? I was thinking to grab a transmission harness at the Junkyard and use does harness for your vehicle no need to rewire it.
