I can see why this was your WOTY. Really good stuff. I can spend a lot of time with it and get different notes as the glass opens up.

Just ordered this one and went searching for reviews. You saying you’re going to finish it afterwards says a lot about it. Looking forward to picking it up next week.

I'm about a year into my Scotch Journey and this one was a revelation for me. I just love it, one of my favorite drams. You mentioned $81. I'd pay that much for it, but fortunately for me, in Massachusetts, I can find it for as low as $52. Cheers!

I'm with you on this. It's a great bottle. The complexity of it is fascinating. I can sit and sip for an hour and not figure it out. $52 is a great price. Cheers!

I'm in Taiwan; land of the low tariffs on alcohol(especially whisky) so $42 dollars boom! $31 for Bunna12 and $36 for portCharlotte10.

Great review, I love Clynelish 14. After I add water to it and take a lot of time to drink my dram, it becomes very cloudy. So I don't think it is chill filtered (or if it is only a little).

This will make another appearance on the channel soon. I'm going to put it into a flight with Craigellachie 13, Glen Scoria Victoriana and Bruichladdich Classic Laddie to finish my scotch flights. The winner of this fight will move onto the finals. It will be interesting to see where it finishes. Cheers!

@@whiskeyisajourney Great idea! I would suggest balblair 12 instead of Victoriana (more the same style imo)

This was in the running for my scotch of the year in 2022. I like it more and more each time I go back to it.

@@whiskeyisajourney I'm tempted to try an independent bottled Clynelish just so its unchill filtered and fully natural nonetheless its a dram to savor.

Man, it's so nice to find a whisky tuber here in AZ. Where do you get the precocious juice? Here in Gilbert I am quite limited to 3 stores... TW, TJs and a nice Gilbert Liquor store in downtown. Keep it up with the reviews!👍

Thanks. I appreciate the support. If you are looking for other whisky tubers in AZ go check out @tipsywhiskeyshenanigans9229 as well. He is down in the Mesa area and doing some good stuff on his channel. 90% of all my whisk(e)y is coming from 3 Total Wine and More locations. The one on Camelback, the 75th Ave store in Glendale, and the one in Desert Ridge off of Tatum and 101. I have some local liquor stores around me, but the prices are very very high. Every now and then I will hit a BevMo, but that's about it. Everything else is off The Whisky Exchange.

Hello. Have you get any Blanton's lately.. where and what's the suggested price.. thanks?
@whiskeyisajourney2 жыл бұрын
No. I only have the 1 bottle that I got from being a Grand Reserve member from Total Wine and More. Although, I do see bottles of Blanton's in liquor stores around the valley (Phoenix, AZ). Unfortunately, they are marked up to secondary prices. $160.00 plus
